Ashley Lloyd

Ashley Lloyd is a landscape designer who continually expands her understanding of Pacific Northwest plant communities and coastal ecologies. At GGN, Ashley supports the Meadowshop Initiative with concept development, planting strategy, and horticultural guidance. Her work is shaped by ecological curiosity, hands-on experience, and an interest in creating naturalistic landscapes that feel specific to their site.

Ashley’s path into landscape design moved through several creative disciplines, including fine arts, painting, fiber arts, and sculptural millinery. She completed the New York Botanical Garden’s Certificate Program in Landscape Design. With her interest in horticulture, she designed and cared for residential gardens in and around New York City and the lower Hudson Valley, eventually bringing her practice to the Puget Sound region.
